1. All Sales Final

All sales made through Wolf2Raven Minerals—whether online, at trade shows, or via private commission—are final.

Each piece is unique, handcrafted, and thoroughly reviewed prior to delivery.

Once approved, delivered, or worn, the sale is complete with no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all design details, dimensions, and materials prior to purchase or approval.

2. Deposits & Custom Orders

Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit before design or material purchases begin.

Deposits cover the cost of gold, gemstones, materials, and bench time. Once materials are purchased or fabrication begins, deposits cannot be refunded.

If a client chooses not to proceed after materials have been acquired, the deposit remains with Wolf2Raven Minerals to cover incurred costs.

Work will begin only once the deposit is received and payment has cleared.

3. Live Market & Finished Value Pricing

Pricing for gold, silver, and gemstones is tied to live global market rates at the time of final fabrication.

Quotes provided before production are estimates only and may adjust slightly to reflect:

  • Actual metal weight at completion

  • Current market rates for gold, silver, or gemstones

  • Artistic value, bench time, and overall craftsmanship

This ensures each finished piece reflects its true combined value of materials, artistry, and time invested.

4. Approval & Acceptance

Clients receive photos or videos of all custom work before delivery for review and approval.

Once approval is given and the item is delivered or received, the sale is final and binding with no exceptions.

Approval confirms that all design, size, and material details were accepted prior to delivery.

5. Condition & Wear

Once a piece leaves the studio, Wolf2Raven Minerals cannot guarantee its condition.

Jewelry can be scratched, bent, exposed to chemicals, or otherwise altered through wear.

For this reason, no refunds, returns, or alterations are accepted once a piece has been approved or worn.

Inspection or polishing services are available to help maintain your jewelry’s finish and longevity.

6. Repair & Alteration Policy

Wolf2Raven Minerals is not responsible for damage caused by resizing, repair, or alteration performed by any third party.

Any modification performed outside the studio voids all claims of workmanship or authenticity.

Repair or resizing work performed by Wolf2Raven Minerals will be quoted and invoiced separately.

7. Complimentary Polishing Program

Wolf2Raven Minerals offers complimentary annual polishing for any jewelry piece valued at $1,500 USD or more.

  • Valid once per year for three years following the purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

  • Covers professional cleaning and surface buffing only.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

This program ensures that your handcrafted piece continues to shine for years to come.

8. Payment Methods & Fees

Wolf2Raven Minerals accepts payment via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or Zelle.

Orders are confirmed only after payment clears.

Payments made through third-party platforms such as PayPal, Square, or Shopify are subject to applicable processing fees.

Any chargeback or reversal after confirmed delivery will be considered fraudulent and pursued under applicable law.

9. Shipping & Handling

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Wolf2Raven Minerals is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our possession.

Clients will receive a tracking number when the item ships.

International Orders:

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Wolf2Raven Minerals cannot alter declared values or mark packages as gifts.

10. Ownership of Materials

All stones, metals, and custom components remain the property of Wolf2Raven Minerals until the full balance has been paid.

Unclaimed or unpaid materials after 60 days may be reclaimed and returned to studio inventory.

11. Custom Design Rights

All original designs, molds, sketches, CAD files, and artistic concepts created by Wolf2Raven Minerals remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Replication, reproduction, or outsourcing of Wolf2Raven designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Client Responsibility

By purchasing or commissioning from Wolf2Raven Minerals, clients agree to:

  • Verify karat markings, ring sizes, and design details prior to approval.

  • Understand that handmade and natural materials may include minor variations or inclusions.

  • Acknowledge that all sales are final as outlined in this policy.

13. Sales Tax & Compliance

Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to purchases delivered within the United States as required by law.

Wolf2Raven Minerals operates as a registered Colorado LLC and complies with all relevant business and tax regulations.

14. Communication & Recordkeeping

All agreements, quotes, and material disclosures are confirmed in writing.

Text messages, emails, and invoices serve as the official record of the project’s terms, materials, and approvals.

15. Dispute Resolution Policy

Wolf2Raven Minerals values transparency and fairness.

Clients agree to contact the studio directly to resolve any concerns before filing chargebacks, complaints, or legal actions.

By making a purchase, the client agrees to engage in good faith to resolve matters privately and professionally.

16. Governing Law & Venue

All transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Any disputes shall be filed and resolved exclusively in Montezuma County, Colorado.

17. Limitation of Liability

Wolf2Raven Minerals’ liability is limited solely to the invoiced value of the purchased item.

The studio is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from loss, theft, or misuse of any item after delivery.

18. Studio Ethos

Wolf2Raven Minerals was founded on trust, craftsmanship, and respect for the natural materials and landscapes that inspire each creation.

Every piece is made with care, intention, and authenticity.
