Morocco Geological & Cultural Tour Itinerary

Join us for an amazing experience in undoubtedly one of the most special and unique places on earth. Morocco, a North African country bordering the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, is distinguished by its Berber, Arabian and European cultural influences.

Day 1: Casablanca arrival & grouping at Riad. Time to explore and view markets in old town if desired, as well as world famous Hassan II Mosque.

Day 2-3: Marrakesh’s medina, a mazelike medieval quarter, offers entertainment in its Djemaa el-Fna square and souks (marketplaces) selling ceramics, jewelry, metal lanterns, and our personal favorite, Minerals.

Day 4: Ouarzazate is at an elevation of 1,160 metres (3,810 ft) in the middle of a bare plateau south of the High Atlas Mountains, with a desert to the city's south. It is a hub for Minerals and mining in the region.

Day 5: Merzouga in the southern region of Morocco is known as the door to Erg Chebbi, a huge stretch of sand dunes south of town. Our stay will be located at the 5 Star Riad Madu (Pictured Below).

Day 6-7: Situated in the central Morocco between the Middle Atlas and High Atlas mountain ranges, Midelt . The city is highlighted by its beautiful nature and breathtaking landscapes. It is also known for its apple production along with being famous for its fossils and Minerals.

Day 8: Return Travel day out of the middle Atlas Mountains to return to CasaBlanca, with a wonderful stop for lunch in the city of Beni Mellal. With time to visit the springs in center and the Kasbah over looking the city.
